How do I get my files?

What do I need to use the kit?

Microsoft Excel (2016 or newer) on Windows or Mac. It also works in LibreOffice. You don't need to know any formulas — you only fill in the blue cells.

Does it work in my country and currency?

Yes. The kit uses plain numbers, so it works in any currency — dollars, euros, pounds, kroner. The math is the same everywhere.

I'm not good with spreadsheets. Is this for me?

That's exactly who it's built for. The Start Here tab walks you through setup in about 5 minutes. You type in your costs and hours; everything else is calculated automatically.

Can I use it for both residential and commercial cleaning?

Yes. The Pricing Calculator has a room-by-room section for homes and a square-footage section for offices and commercial spaces.

What's your refund policy?

Because this is an instant digital download, all sales are final. But if something doesn't work or you're stuck, email us and we'll make it right — we answer every message.

Will I get updates?

Yes. When we improve the kit, you'll get the new version free by email.

Can I share the file with others?

Your purchase is a single-business license. Use it on all your own devices, but please don't share or resell the file.
